Masechet Beitzah of the Bavli Talmud with the commentaries previously printed and new additions. Published by Or Torah, Budapest. Based on the first volume, it was printed in 1942; however, on verso of the title page of this copy there is a notation commemorating Rabbi Chaim Eliezer Lazar of Makova from 1943. 53, 19 leaves. Stains, some tears and wear to the edges of the first leaves. taping to title page and additonal leaves. 2 pages were printed upside down (possibly in other copies as well?). Old, semi-fabric binding. Good overall condition. 

Ownership signatures: "הק’ אברהם יצחק סגל וייל" stamp of "חברת קנין ספרים דישיבת חתם סופר, דק"ק ערלויא יע"א" – a remnant of the pedigreed yeshiva that was destroyed during the Holocaust – several months after this bok was published, it was reestablished by the Admor Rabbi Yochanan Sofer of Erlau.
