Talmud Bavli, Masechet Zevachim, printed by Ambrosius Frobenius, Basel 1580. One of the earliest Shas printings,
this edition was produced after the burning of the Talmud in Italy in 1554 and is characterized by the heavy involvement of the Christian censor, who changed wordings in many places.
The title page has the signature of Rabbi Yaakov Shmuel, Av Beit Din of Furth and Schwartzwald. 121 leaves. Thick paper, stains, good condition.
