Mishnayot of Seder Nashim and Nezikin (separate title page) with Nekudot HaKosef. The title page has the signature of Rabbi Yosef Sathon, a sage and paytan of Aleppo, author of the Vayilaket Yosef, Birchot Shamayim, and many more. Additional signatures from members of the Aleppo community, “Ezra Haim Alters, ” “Yom Tov Alters”. 126-195, 196-281 leaves. Light defects in the binding, stains, original leather binding, good condition.
Rabbi Yosef Sathon was born in 1813 to Rabbi Avraham Sathon, a sage of Aleppo and the author of the Malal L’Avraham. Rabbi Yosef was a great sage and a commentator, he wrote many books which have been printed.
