Booklets on the British military presence in Palestine, produced in order to entertain the soldiers of the British Derby Ram company – a company that was stationed in Haifa between the years 1945-1948. One booklet contains an article about a Jewish prisoner who escaped from the Atlit detention camp and the failed chase that the British conducted after him, including an official report of the incident and its failure. It is noted that they wanted to ask the help of Moshe Shertok (later Sharrett) of the Zionists. There is more to decipher, not everything is immediately understood, another booklet revolves around the “Palestinian problem” in the eyes of the anti-Semitic British. Another booklet covers a military trip to Jerusalem, accompanied by pictures and paintings. Slight stains, good general condition.
