The title page and the back have a signature and note from Rabbi Kamos ben Avraham Buchritz (1899-1918) was the son of Rabbi Avraham, born in Djerba. He was diligent in Torah study until the last moments of his life despite his great torments, his rabbi was the great Kabbalist Rabbi Makhlouf Idan and his brother Rabbi Yosef Buchritz. He wrote the Rechev Bachur, Djerba 1923. He died when he was only 19 years old. Arzei HaLevanon 1396.
