Letter in uniform, pretty Mizrahi script—the handwriting and signature of Rabbi Moshe Zrihan, addressed to: Rabbi Yitzhak ibn Chaim, Rabbi Avraham ben Yosef Yaluz, Rabbi Chaim ben Yosef Malka, Rabbi Moshe Susan. On a guardianship shtar.

At the end is is stylish signature and his official (blurred) stamp. 28x21cm, tears in the folds, stains, tears at the edges with slight damage to text, tape on the back.

Rabbi Moshe Zrihan was Ra’avad of Marrakesh (Morocco). He sat for forty years together with many other gedolim of his generation, and appeared always as the first and head. He lived humbly his entire life despite being quite affluent. He is also signed on an approbation for the work Kol Mevaser by Rabbi Reuven ben David from 1946 (Arzei HaLevanon 1646).
