Written on official letterhead of “Hermann Struck, Hadar HaCarmel, Haifa, Israel.” The letter mentions famous figures from Haifa. Recipient unknown.
“In our home the Beit HaPoalim organized a concert on Erev Shabbos, he answered me that there are no police at our disposal, after we asked him to pass the issue on to Carl Katznelson…maybe already he will speak to Ussishkin…regarding the space for Rabbi Aaronson…respectfully H. Struck.
