Lot 003:
Tractate Sanhedrin from the Talmud Bavli, with Rav Elfas (Rif) at the end. Printed by the grandsons of the Slavita Rav, the brothers Rabbi Chanina Lipa and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapira. Zhitomir 1859.
Two title pages in red ink, the first has a tear. Worn binding (no spine), worming holes, stains from mold, some paper is brown, overall fair condition. Not checked thoroughly to confirm whether all the pages are entire.
