Siach Yitzhak, a foundational work on Masechet Yoma, which has traditionally been read while bound with the masechet itself because of the masechet’s complexity. By Rabbi Yitzhak Nunis Weiss. At the end is the commentary Vatikin Girsa’ot on the Tosafot Yeshanim of the same masechet by the same author. First edition, from the author’s lifetime. [3], 179 leaves. Stefanski Sifrei Yesod 89.
Approbations from rabbis of Livorno and Padua. At the beginning is a poem on the author by Rabbi Yitzhak Haim Prosoloni. Leaf 140 has a diagram of the azara in the Beit Mikdash. Introduction from the author.
Old binding, leather spine which is loose (the front section is detached), moth damage mostly not affecting text, stains and wear, colorful page cutting, overall fair condition.
The title page and blank first leaf have a note: “the holy Yekutiel Shlomo Eisberger of Senta, 1932…” There is also a Sefardi note in the title page and two notes in the body of the work. At the end are partially erased stamps: “Fabian Szofer…Senta”.
