Letter with blessings for the New Year by the Admor Rabbi Yechezkel Sheraga Lifshitz Halberstam of Stropkov – with a Special Blessings for Good Health – Jerusalem, 1982. 

Part of the letter is typewritten and part of it, handwritten by him. "שפע ברכות והצלחות בכל מעשי ידיכם… פרנסה טובה כשרה ונקיה וקלה" beneath his signature, the Admor handwrote: שהקב"ה ישלח לך רפואה שלימה על כל אבריך וגידיך בתוך שאר חולי ישראל אמן…". The letter contains regards to Rabbi Yaakov Woltzer, one of the leading activists of Vizhnitz.
