Lot 69:
Interesting certificate confirming that the yeshiva observes the Yahrzeit customs in memory of the philanthropist Zusha Feldman, by the Toras Emes Yeshiva. With a response letter on its verso by the philanthropist Chana Rachel Feldman – Yiddish – Jerusalem, 1935.
Typewritten letter by the Toras Emes Yeshiva confirming that the Yahrzeit Day of the philanthropist Zusha Feldman appears in the lists of the yeshiva and that the yeshiva observes all the customs of the Yahrzeit like it had promised, including Kaddish, Mishnayot and lighting a candle. The letter is typewritten with the philanthropist’s name and date of passing completed with red ink.
The Philanthropist Chana Rachel Feldman was the late philanthropist’s wife or daughter. In her Yiddish letter on verso of this one, she asks to send receipts to her relatives for their donations.
This certificate of the Toras Emes Yeshiva is extremely rare!
