Sefer Ashdot Hapisgah, Shut on Seder Arba Turim by Rabbi Yosef Nachmuli, author of Eshed Hanechalim and more. At its end, elucidation on several Sugyot of the Shas and some difficult phrases of the Rambam and a work on several chapters of Masechet Bava Metzi’a and Ketubot. 

From here onward, several matters by Rabbi Chaim ben Rabbi David Abulafia including some Shut, Leshom Sefer Mitzvot Gadol, an interesting Kuntres titled Midot Hamizbe’ach and more. 

First ediiton – published by the author’s son Rabbi Vidal Nachmuli – Salonika, 1790. [3], 3, 152, 25 leaves. In the Special Collection of the National Library. Approbations by Rabbi Chaim Nissim Raphaeli Mutzari, the author’s brothers-in-law and son.

No binding. Much moth damage. The last leaf is cut in half. Tears. Stains. Poor overall condition. 

On the title page, Sephardic ownership notations: "אני הצעיר דוד די בוטון" – possibly the author of the Yad David commentary on Shulchan Aruch published in Salonika in 1859. Beneath it, a notation: ולקחתי אני הצעיר יעקב קארמונה ס"ט".
