Worn leaves, the first detached and creased. Stains. Blemished leather spine. Worn binding. Most of the copy in good overall condition; some of it, in fair condition – especially for a prayer book which is frequently used. 

Many ancient Ashkenazic ownership notations on the title page and inside the book; one of them, a sequential notation on several leaves. The names that were identified: "זאב משה בן כ"ה יואל ש"ץ(/ז"ל?)". "ה’ צבי הרש בן כהר"ר משה יצ"ו". "אשר ב"ה יונה".
