On verso of the title page, a dedication handwritten and signed by the author, the Gaon  Chassid Rabbi Moshe Kliers, the Rav of Tiberius and leader of its Chassidic community.

The Gaon Chassid Rabbi Moshe Kliers (1874-1934) was the leader of the Chassidic community in Tiberius, the city’s Rav, the Rosh Yeshiva of Chayei Olam. He married the daughter of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Kostlitz of the Slonim Admorim family. He was revered by his contemporaries, participated in the journey to the moshavot with Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld and Rav Kook in 1914 and was offered to succeed Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld as Gaon Av Beit Din of the Eida Hachareidit, but the appointment didn’t come to pass in the end.
