Collection of letters and words “from the Maran Admor shlita of Gur (Imrei Emet), what he wrote and said to strengthen Torah and religion, published by Avrechim and Bachurim of Ger, saved from the fires now found at the Landsburg camp with the addition of three letters written in…Jerusalem.”

Printed in Augsburg Germany, 1947. At the beginning is a facsimile handwritten note and letters of approbation by Rabbi Moshe Bezalel Alter and Rabbi Yakov Meir Biderman. 112 pp. 

Original cover with missing spine, stains. Very good overall condition.

On the flyleaf, a notation: for Rabbi Pinchas Yaakov Hacohen Levin – apparently, the son of Rabbi Chanoch Zvi Hacohen Levin (the son-in-law of the Admor of Ger the Sefat Emet), the son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Yaakov Meir Biderman and by his second marriage, the son-in-law of his uncle Rabbi Simcha Bonem Levin. One of the leaders of Agudat Yisrael and Beit Yaakov and editor of the Beit Yaakov journal. The brother of Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Levin, one of the leaders of Agudat Yisrael. His son, Bonem Levin, was the manager of the Beit Yaakov institute for teachers.
