Pinkas of the Chevra Kaddisha of Tzehlim, one of the “seven communities” of Burgenland, Austria. Containing: 1. Diary of burials from 1849 to the destruction of the community in 1938. 2. Incomplete listing of the people who were buried, according to the rows of the cemetery (the completions in printed letters were added to this edition from the alphabetic listing). 3. Incomplete alphabetic listing. Facsimile edition of 300 copies was published in 1990 for the building of a wall around the cemetery of Tzehlim. This copy is number 017. Quality paper. Long, narrow format. 13X34.5 cm. Has never been seen in auctions. Very good overall condition.
