Sefer Maleh Ratzon, novellae on the entire Shas by the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Naftali Hirsch HaLevi Spitz, Rosh Av Beit Din of Worms. First edition, Frankfurt-am-Main 1710. [2], 4, 97 [i.e. 99]; 114; 7, 9-10; 13, [1] leaves. In this copy, the leaf following the title page with the approbation (by the author of the Semichat Chachamim) is missing and the beginning of the introduction.
In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection.

Unique book! The author took upon himself, in the work, to justify all the words of Chazal that seem to contradict one another. On leaf 5 there is the
famed map which he used to justify the dispute which appears in tractate Berachot (28a), regarding the seats added to the synagogue after the beginning of Rebbi Eliezer ben Azarya’s reign.

Ancient semi-leather binding. Taping affecting the text of the title page and additional leaves at the beginning and end. Tears to the edges of the leaves. Stains. Most of the book is in good condition.

Many ownership notations and signatures in Ashkenazic script on the flyleaves and inside the book. Detailed notations, some of them dated. One in a foreign language. Ownership stamps:  "משה חלפון". All these have not been thoroughly examined.

The notations include a notation and signature of "Daniel of Horodna" – apparently the signature of the Gaon Rabbi Daniel of Horodna (1740s-1807) author of Sefer Chamudei Daniel.
