The booklet responds to the claims of Rabbi Elazar Atlas in his booklet Safsal Haneshamim against the Hebrew Bank (the Jewish Colonial Trust) whose establishment was the initiative of the Zionist leaders at the Zionist Congress in Basel. 

Appearing at the end of the booklet are several interesting advertisements.
