Sefer Tehillim with Diglei Hodaya VehaMitzvah and Mamtakei Yehuda – commentary on Taryag Mitzvot and Sheva Mitzvot DeRabbanan by Rabbi Yehuda Yudel Landau of Jerusalem who was close to Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin and his son Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigure. With Seder Mamadot.
Important approbations by leading contemporary rabbis. Second edition -Piotrkow, 1899. Detailed title page with blue lettering. The first title page is missing. Originally, [1], 13, 248 [i.e. 348], 20 leaves. In this copy, 14 leaves of Tehillim and 5 leaves at the end are missing.
It should be noted that a facsimile edition that was published many years later, words by the Admor of Satmar were added: "אמנם ספר תהילים זה אין צריך להסכמה כלל, כי כבר הסכימו עליו גדולים וצדיקים מדורות קודמים וגם אדמו"ר… בעל קדושת יום טוב זי"ע אמר ג"כ תהלים בספר תהלים זה עם התרי"ג מצות, ואני בטוח שיקפצו עליו קונים".
Partly detached binding. Detached sheets. Moth perforations and damage. Stains. Good overall condition.
