"נאם אהרן בהרב המפורסם מו"ה מרדכי זצוקללה"ה" – a document confirming the seats of donors to the ancient Kloiz of the Chernobyl Chassidim of Safed – with the full handwritten signature of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl, the eldest son of the Maggid of Chernobyl – with the signature of Rabbi Shmuel Heller Av Beit Din of Safed and more – Safed-Chernobyl – 1865-1867.
The document tells the story of Chassidic Safed, its twisted allies and the Chassidic Bnei Aliyah who walked them in the late 18th and early 19th century.
"במתנה גמורה להרב הצדיק… אדמו"ר כקש"ת מ’ אהרן שליט"א מטשארנאביל לצורך קלויז" (as a total gift to the Admor Rabbi Aharon Shlita of Chernobyl for the Kloiz). The document recalls the story of the establishment of the Kloiz of the Chernobyl Chassidim in Safed, the plot given as a gift by the Chassid Rav Rabbi Avraham Elazar Roke’ach of Berditchev and the rabbis’ promise to him of permanent seats for him and his wife in the Kloiz and its Ezrat Nashim: "אמו"ץ (אמת וצדק) ניתן מאתנו עדי’ הח"מ… כאשר הרב ר’ אברהם אלעזר הי"ו… נתן עליתו במתנה גמורה להרב הצדיק… אדמו"ר כקש"ת מ’ אהרן שליט"א מטשארנאביל לצורך קלויז להיות נקראת ע"ש הרב הצדיק אדמו"ר מוהר"א שליט"א.. אשר על זה התנאי ניתן המתנה הנז’ להרב הצדיק מוהר"א שליט"א הנז’… אשר הרא"א הנז’ יש לו מקום בקלויז הנז’.. וכמו כן.. מקום בעזרת נשים באמצע כותל דרומי מעזרת נשים הנז’…".
The document is also signed by Rabbi Shmuel Heller, the Rav of Safed, Rabbi Avraham of Ades who was a Dayan of Safed and Rabbi Yosef ben Yaakov.
The document was sent from Safed to Chernobyl, Ukraine, where the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl signed it too: "למען היות ביד הזוג הנ"ל לראיה מהימנא, אשר גם דעתי מסכמת על כל האמור לעיל לטובת הזוג הנ"ל שי’ באתי עה"ח אור יום שני.. תמוז תר"ך זיין לפ"ק פה טשארנביל. נאם אהרן בהרב המפורסם מו"ה מרדכי זצוקללה"ה".

אל מול פני המנורה – Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl (1787-1872) the eldest and most beloved son of the Admor Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl, the Maggid of Chernobyl and a descendant of Rabbi Nachum of Chernobyl who was a disciple of the Baal Shem Tov. Was the leading Admor of Russia and Ukraine. His father used to say that he had eight sons, seven as the branches of the Menorah and one, Aharon, to light them all! Indeed, every year, all his brothers used to come to Chernobyl to give their eldest brother a Kvitel.
