18 pages, probably handwritten by the Maharitz. Size: 16x11cm. Missing the beginning, opens in the middle of the kiddush “vatiten lanu hashem elokeinu b’ahava…” Stains and wear. New binding. Generally good condition. From the Me’eri Yehi Tzalach (1715-1805), a sage of Yemen in the 18th century, dayan and Ra’avad and Chief Rabbi of Yemenite Jewry. Author of Lehem Toda, Peulat Tzaddik, and more. One of the founders of the Yemenite nusach. (Encyclopedia of Yemenite Sages, pages 500-502).
