Five thick pamphlets, which include chiddushim on Torah, halacha, and Aggadah. By the Gaon Rabbi Haim Mordechai Roller. Printed in Poland, Romania, and Hungary between 1922-1939. He lived from 1868-1947, was the rabbi of Târgu Neamț for about 50 years, composed the book of shot Be’er Haim Mordechai. Known as an expert for releasing chained women (agunot). Most of the day he spent studying Torah wrapped in his tallit and donning his tefillin in the synagogue, was close with Admorim of Bohosh and Chortkov. Among the pamphlets in front of us are Barchi Nafshi, which he composed after a miracle that happened to him. He was especially strict about praying in a minyan. Once in the middle of a pogrom, he went out to look for a minyan. He ran into a gang which attacked him, but he was miraculously saved. After that he printed the pamphlet. | Different sizes, conditions, and locations of printing. Generally good condition.
