Large collection of Piskei Din and depositions by the rabbis and dignitaries of Chassidic Safed – a large collection spreading over almost a century.
1. Large deed written on a double leaf and two pages – signed by the witnesses Rabbi Chaim Baruch ben Yitzchak Ber of Kishinev and Rabbi Shalom ben Moshe Zvi – on verso, the signature of the Dayan Rabbi Avraham of Ades – Safed, 1862.
2. Deed between Rabbi Yehuda Leib of Bad and the purchaser Rabbi Yosef ben rabbi Zvi of Ades – signed by the witnesses Rabbi Avraham Halevi and Rabbi Netanel the Rav’s Meshamesh – on verso, the signature of the Dayan Rabbi Avraham of Ades – Safed, 1850.
3. Copying of a lengthy deed – between Ester Rivka, the divorcee of Rabbi Yehuda Leib of Bad and the purchaser Rabbi Shmuel Matik, not signed.
4. Deed of sale of land – given to Rabbi Elazar Moshe Margolis – signed by the seller Rabbi Pavel Kuperman – Safed, 1916.
5. Addition to a deed – between Rabbi Shmuel Matik and Ester Rivka – signed by Rabbi Zelig ben Yaakov Mahriv and Rabbi Isaac Leib of Brobych.
6. Compromise agreement signed by the Gaon Rabbi Raphael Zilberman, the Rav of Safed, about his personal house – Safed, 1896.
6. Lengthy proxy – original copy signed by the witnesses Rabbi Yosef of Bender and Rabbi Aharon Pavil – Safed, 1851.
7. Lengthy copying of a proxy – signed by Rabbi Shemarya Shmeril ben Menashe Yosef and Rabbi Shalom – Safed, 1847.
8. Deed between the family of Rabbi Yitzchak of Belz and the family of Rabbi Pinchas Margolis – pertaining to the Large and small house, the yard and Beit Hatavshil and their rights – signed by the witnesses Rabbi Simcha Shulman and Rabbi Pinchas Goldman – Safed, 1908.
9. Deed of the right to open a window in the wall of the family of Rabbi Aharon Yosef Charsha – Safed, 1882.
