To Avraham Mendel Ussishkin, regarding arrangements for his trip to London. | Rabbi Yitzchak Yaacov Reines [1840-1915], founder of the "Mizrachi" movement. Born in Karlin near Pinsk. One of the foremost Torah scholars in Lithuania, studied in the Volozhin yeshiva where he was known as a Talmudic genius, among his works: "Eidut B’Yaacov", "Chotam Tochnit", "Orim Gedolim" "Nad Shel Dma’ot", "Or Shivat Hayamim" "Sha’arei Orah V’Simcha" "Or Chadash Al Zion". | Reinforcements with sellotape. | 17 cm.
