Collection of five Ma’asshe Beit Din, documents and statements, lengthy and impressive – Signed by the Rosh Av Beit Din Rabbi Shimshon ben Rabbi Feivish and the Dayan Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rudnik.
1. Lengthy deed of sale of a house – fine scribal script – with the signatures of the two witnesses and the signature of the Beit Din with the stamp "דא גושפנקא דבי דינא רבא דכוללת אשכנזים בעיה"ק צפת"ו" – Safed, 1890.
2. Psak Din about a dispute between neighbors on varied building additions – signed by the Dayanim – Safed, 1884.
3. Document allowing the heirs’ proxy to do as he wishes with the belonging of the deceased – signed by the Dayanim – Safed, 1891.
4. Lengthy and impressive deed of sale – between the woman Yocheved the wife of Rabbi Yaakov of Kosintin and Rabbi Elazar Moshe Margolis – with the signatures of the Dayanim and a large stamp of the Beit Din – Safed, 1894.
5. Confirmation by the woman Pesia the daughter of Rabbi Shmuel Ma’atik – who received all her rights of her father’s estate – signed by the Dayanim and a large stamp of the Beit Din – Safed, 1894.
Piskei Beit Din signed by these Dayanim are extremely rare!
