A letter on official letter paper, in the handwriting and with the signature of the Rebbe Rabbi Yisrael Spira of Bluzhov to Rabbi Moshe David Tenenbaum, the legendary secretary of the Va’ad HaYeshivot over many decades. The letter was written on 17 Av 5732 [1972] and deals with: doing something good for another Jew, a topic which characterized the Rebbe. The Rebbe lavishes his blessings “Ketivah V’chatima tova and a good life and complete healing…health…pleasure and expansion”. | The Rebbe Rabbi Yisrae Spira [1889-1989], one of the foremost Rebbes of America, and head of the Chibat Yerushalayim Kollel.
