On official letterhead, ink signed and stamped. Recommendation for Reuven Elitzur Weisfisch. Bengis lived 1864-1953, was known for his genius, the Natziv called him the Shas Chai. Served as a rabbi in Belarus and then as Ga’avad in Jerusalem. Authored a series of books Plagot Reuven. Filing holes, stains from time, signs of folding, 12x27cm. Generally good condition.
