Gelegentliches von Albert Einstein, first edition, limited edition, in honor of Einstein’s 50th birthday. The volume consists of a collection of excerpts from Einstein’s writings on science, but also on history, politics, his generation, and topics such as the Jewish Question. The chapter “Nine Questions on Your Work” was published only here; it includes his answers to questions posed to him by a Japanese interviewer. On the first page is a portrait of Einstein. Published by Soncino, Berlin 1929. Different sizes and conditions, generally good condition.
