Sofer handwriting, on official letterhead, signed and stamped. From 1960. A recommendation for a Shadar, Rabbi Nassim Vaknin of Tiberias. He lived 1893-1974, son of Rabbi Aharon, son of Rabbi Masoud Abuhatzira. Born in Tafilalt, student at the yeshiva named after his grandfather (Abir Yaakov), served as Chief Rabbi of Batzar. At the end of his life he moved to France and is buried in Marseilles. Filing marks, signs of folding. 21x27cm. Generally very good condition.
