Front of the binding has silver work with welding and engraving, a frame, the placement of four gemstones and an embossing of ivory that appears to be a person passing next to a box. On the back of the binding is welding, engraving, embossing, and hammer work. In the center are the symbols of the 12 tribes, in the corners are gemstones. The spine is decorated with grape clusters and grape leaves. The clasp of the book has an inscription “Betzalel Jerusalem” with the Star of David. The book is the Chumash with haftaroth (the cover is missing). 10x14cm. Weight: 406g. Generally good condition.
