A collection of Pesach haggadot, some with interesting ownership stamps, 1. Seder V’Haggadah L’leil Shimurim by the Ravshatz. Translated into Yiddish. Rodelheim, 1836. Ownership stamp: Ginzei Yosef in Jerusalem. 2. Haggadah Shel Pesach with the commentary Birkat Hashir by the Maharal Tznitz – Krakow, 1925. “Ownership stamp: Menachem Mendel Zoltenreich Krashnov” – Rabbi Menachem Mendel Zlotreich (1893-1943). Rabbi in Kashnov, author of the Divrei Menachem. Bound with the book Megale Sod, a commentary on the Ibn Ezra’s commentary on the Five megillot, by Rabbi Aharon Amirach Pomerantz. Including Maamar Hamada. Lemberg, 1910. Ownership inscriptions in Latin script at the end of the book. 3. Pesach Haggadah with the commentary Shem Yisrael by Rabbi Moshe Yisrael av beit din of Dragomiresti – Satmar, 1937. 4. Pesach Haggadah with the book Sefer Shevach Pessach by Rabbi Yishmael Hacohen av beit din of Modena and with the commentary Imrei Shefer and one homily of the Netziv of Volozhin – Warsaw, 1894. Ownership inscription: “Yehuda Leib Lichenstein.” 5. Seder Haggadah Shel Pesach with the commentary Sippurei Niflaot and Yalkut Haroim, one picture of a family around the Seder table. On the title page is a picture of the previous title page: “In the printing press of the brothers Rabbi Chanina Lipa and Rabbi Arieh Leib and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapiro the grandsons of the Rabbi of Slavita – [facsimile edition of the edition from] Zhitomir 1849 – Vienna 1849. 6. Pesach Haggadah without a title page, year of printing unknown, interesting handwritten comments and commentaries, on the first page there is an inscription that begins with the words: “The book Aron Eidut by the Rebbe Rabbi Shraga Yair of Biala…” the writer quotes a nice commentary from his rabbi regarding the sons in the Haggadah. 7. The Haggadah shel Pesach with a pitaron in Italian. With many pictures in blue ink. Livorno, 1927. 8. The book Zevach Pesach by Rabbi Don Yitzchak Abarbanel – Lemberg, 1872. 9. Seder Haggadah shel Pesach with a commentary by Rabbi Pinchas Halevi Horowitz, author of the Haflaah – Kosice, 1947. Conditions vary, some of the bindings are faded and detached, some have worming damage and stains, most in good overall condition.
