The book Chaim L’Olam by Rabbi Chaim Modai and the book Meimar Chaim by Rabbi Nissim Chaim Modai, part two, Even Ha’ezer. First edition during the lifetime of the author Rabbi Nissim Modai. Izmir, 1885. On the title page is a long, interesting dedication, in pleasant Sephardi handwriting, signed by Rabbi David Mizrahi. Ownership signature: ‘Synagogue for Torah and prayer Shivat Zion in Jaffa, Land of Israel.” [2], 162 leaves with the indexes. New, magnificent binding, the leaves are different colors in some of the sheets, slight stains, good overall condition. Rabbi David Avada Mizrahi, signed together with the rabbis of Jerusalem on the book Divrei Shalom – Jerusalem, 1843.
