Handsome Mizrach sign. In the center are lions holding the Menorah of the Mikdash, above which is the inscription: “Mizrach.” With a pair of eagles holding the Tablets, around which are verses: “Mitzad Zeh Ruach Hayyim” (an acrostic of Mizrach), “Ratz k’Zvi v’Gibor k’Ari”, “Etz Hayyim”. Illustrations of grapevines, pomegranates, stylish plants and animals, including antelope, peacocks with long feathers, and rabbits. Wonderful handiwork. Inside a wooden frame with double-paned glass. 79x60m. Very good condition, from a private collection.
