A request sent to the Brit HaIvrit HaOlamit, handwritten on parchment, for support sending reading books to young students and educational material to older students, constructed using rhymes and a polished style. Sent from Yemen, 18th of Elul 1944. Around the letter is a frame made of verses which match the request, such as “Kola mar kra v’amar ma ekra”. The sender is Yafet ben Yafet Aricha s”t. Given inside a frame, the dimensions not including the frame are: 10x16cm. Overall good condition.
