Printed by Shlomo Belchatovsky.” The first Hebrew edition of this well-known work by Max Nordau on psychology, a scarce book. 4 volumes put into one large volume: X, [missing until page 81], 81-274 pages. 19cm. Separate title page for each section. Third and fourth sections are bound before the first and section section. Printer’s error in the folding of one page. Stains, overall very good condition.
Max Nordau (1849-1923) was a Jewish thinker, speaker, and author, a doctor as well, born in Hungary, a founder of the Zionist movement, and a proponent of “Muscular Judaism.”
