Psak din on official letterhead of the Beit Din Chassidim in Jerusalem, signed by the Ga’avad Rbbi Lipman David Shubkis and the Ra’avad Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Bernstein. [1] leaf of paper, 22cm. Official paper, very good condition, light folding creases.

Rabbi Lipman David (Dubche) Shubkis was known as a gaon of the Chassidic Eida in Jerusalem, certified at age 16, and who had semicha from the Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Kotzk.

Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Berstein (1880-1949) was the rabbi of the Adat Chassidim in Jerusalem, and Rosh Yeshivat Chayei Adam. He was a founder of the Chief Rabbinate. Late in life he was a member of the Badatz.
