An important foundational work of chassidut by the Admor Rabbi Moshe Haim Ephraim Ashkenazi, Av Beit Din of Sadilkov, grandson of the Baal Shem Tov. Printed without note of the location or year of printing on the title page—according to bibliographic listings it was printed in Russia or Poland in 1830. [2], 28, [38], 2, [6] leaves. Endorsements from Chassidic sages, Admorim such as: Rabbi Levi Yitzhak of Berdichev, the Maggid of Kozhnitz, the Chozeh of Lublin, the Ohev Yisrael of Aphtha, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Liska, Rabbi Haim of Botishan. At the end are testimonies about dreams by the author. Some stains, creases in the last pages, moth holes at the edges, new binding, overall fair to good condition.

The body of the work has stamps of ownership: “Rabbi Pinchas of Gizhan, shuv nimsak.”
