Buyer's premium:

Handmade with hammerwork, engravings, and stamps. In the center is a stamp of the symbols of the Seder and verses from Psalms. At the margins are beautiful reliefs of the section “Rabboteinu” from the Haggadah and one describing the Akeidat Yitzhak. Additional reliefs of plants and flowers and the Ro’im Moshe, Aharon, David, and Shlomo. Has a wavy frame. Silver stamped: “84” and a lion. Central Europe, maybe Germany. Pretty work inspired by early Seder plates from Italy. Max diameter: 47cm. Weight: 1158g. We haven’t found an example like it in various collections; the Israel Museum has a plate similar to this one but with slight changes.
