English recommendation letter, signed in English by Rabbi Elimelech Reinman, son of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Norol, a rabbi in New York—Brooklyn 1947. Stains, wear, 21x28cm, creases, good condition.
Rabbi Elimelech Reinman was the son of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Norol, son-in-law of Rabbi Meshulam Zusha Yitzhak Halberstam, grandson of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz, and grandson of Rabbi Elimelech of Luzhansk, and the Rahak of Rofshitz. He immigrated before the Shoah to the US and served as rabbi in Brooklyn. He died in 1977. Also included is a recommendation letter by Rabbi Yaakov Greenberg for the same person.
