Buyer's premium:

Shut Artzot Yehuda on Choshen Mishpat, by Rabbi Yehuda Dvortz – Vilna, 1886. Two title pages.

49 leaves. Moth perforations and damage. Stains and some other blemishes. Good overall condition. Old, worn binding.

Appearing several times on the title page and inside the book are two types of touching stamps: "עזרת תורה ישיבת כנסת ישראל סלבודקא"  and "אוצר הספרים עזרת תורה בישיבת כנסת ישראל סלבודקא" – unique and rare remnants from the famed Slabodka Yeshiva in Kovno, Lithuania. Another stamp appears in the book:  "חברת ש"ס מקלויז חדש דהר ירוק קאוונא".

Short notation that has not been deciphered appears on the upper part of the title page. An interesting gloss on the margin of the sheet (see pictures).
