First edition! Published by the author’s grandson Rabbi Ozer Tzazmir.

According to the title page, the book was printed in Pressburg; however, as a matter of fact, it was printed in Lemberg.

Some copies of the book were added without the title page to the book Luchot HaEdut, Lemberg 1865, by the publisher, Rabbi Ozer Tzazmir. 

[1], 20, [4] leaves. Stains and varied aging blemishes. Moth damage. Imprecise edges. No binding. Good overall condition. 

The famed Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Isser Av Beit Din of Venice (ca. 1750-1829) the son of the Gaon Rabbi Ze’ev Wolf Av Beit Din of Mahlov, author of Sha’ar Mishpat – which became a basic book on Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mushpat. A leading Chassidic Rav who was a disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin and Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, who greatly praised him.
