Masechet Horayot and Eduyot of the Bavli Talmud and Masachtot Ketanot, with Rashi’s commentary and Tosfot, Rosh and the Rambam’s commentary on the Mishnayot, of an edition of the Shas that was approbated by the holy Rav Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi Baal Hatanya and more contemporary Tzaddikim (Masechet Berachot was the first to be published), by the printers Rabbi Dov Ber ben Yisrael Segal and Rabbi Dove Ber ben Pesach, in Slavuta during the years 1808-1812. These tractates were published in 1812 following the Masechet Sanhedrin. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. 

Some of the leaves were printed on bluish paper. Originally, 17, 12, 2-18, 19-58 leaves. In this copy, the first and last leaves are missing. The copy begins with leaf 5 of Masechet Horayot and ends with leaf 49 of Halachot Ketanot by the Rosh. 

No binding. Moth damage and many noth perforations. Stains and varied aging blemishes. Taping. Many blemishes up to leaf 10 of Masechet Horayot and from leaf 39 of Halachot Ketanot by the Rosh. Poor overall condition (see pictures).
