Compiled and published by Moshe Stern". Single edition – Berlin, 1910. Originally, Hebrew and German with an additional title page. This copy contains only the Hebrew. [2] leaves, 151 [i.e. 251] pp. At its end, a folding plate with geometrical patterns – see picture. 

Rabbi Shlomo Av Beit Din of Libek was the grandfather if the famed Singing Rabbi, Rabbi Shlomo Karlibach.
