Taping to the title page and elsewhere. Stains. Some moth perforations. Some moth damage, some of it filled-in. New, late binding. Some cuts to the headings or the lower part of the text. Good overall condition.
On the title page and inside the book, stamps: "צבי הירש שפירא ראב"ד דק"ק מונקאטש" – the Admor Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Shapira (1850-1914) the Admor of Munkatch and its Rav, the son of the Admor Rabbi Shlomo of Munkatch and son-in-law of Rabbi Chanina Horowitz, the Rav of Olinov. Was a disciple of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz and his son Rabbi Yechezkel Sheraga of Shinova. Author of Be’er lechai Ro’i, Darkei Teshivah. Zvi Tiferet and more.
