Sefer HaZohar, Vayikra/Bamidbar/Devarim. Jozefow, 1873. Appearing of the flyleaf, a signature in ancient script: "א’ אחרי קדושים תר"מ, לה’ הארץ ומלואה קלונימוס קלמן הלוי הורוויץ שטערין פעלד".
This is the handwritten signature of the holy Rav Rabbi Klonymus Kalman the son of Rabbi Yisrael the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak HaLevi Horowitz, the Chozeh of Lublin. Our tests indicated that this signature matches that of Rabbeinu. It should be noted that many of the Chozeh’s grandsons signed their names as Horowitz-Sternfeld after the Rebbetzin Shprintza Sterfeld, the Chozeh’s wife.
