The Gaon Chassid Rabbi Yaakov Hacohen Weisenfeld earned a living as a merchant; yet his workers took advantage of his studying Torah most of the time and did not do their work properly, leading him to lose his money. By the advice of his Rav, he accepted the position of Rav of Zaklików, a position he held until his passing. It is told that on the day he was crowned as Rav, he burst into tears for being forced to abandon his hours of study of the Torah.
