Letter by the Rebbe, typewritten on official stationery from the 9th of Shevat 1958. Addressed to the Avrech Menachem Nachum (Perlman, a teacher at the school of Kefat Chabad). 

"הפ"נ שלו ליום ההילולא נתקבל, ויקרא בעת רצון על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע". The letter is signed by the secretary Rabbi Eliyahu Qwint. 

It is known that many letters signed by the secretary were actually signed by the Rebbe himself.
