Contains warm blessings and expressing gratitude: "….יחזק השי"ת בריאותו ובריאות זוגתו יחיו ויעזר לו בשמחת לבב וישקוד בתורה מתוך הרחבה… והשי"ת יהי’ בעזרו בגשמיות וברוחניות. תודה על אשר עוזר לידידי… בעניני אגודת חב"ד ובבקשה להוסיף אומץ בזה. הדו"ש ומברכו". With the handwritten signature of the Rebbe Rayatz.
Some minor stains. Fold lines. Good condition.
