Document on the official stationery of the Central Yeshivath Tomchei Tmimim for Russian and Yemenite Immigrants in Lod, established by the Rebbe Rayatz and under the Rebbe’s presidency. Typewritten on official stationery from the 20th of Cheshvan, 1958.
The letter confirms that Mr. Menachem Nachum Perlman is a student of the yeshiva. With the signature of the manager Rabbi Ephraim Wolf alongside the institution’s official stamp.
