Two title pages. [2], 202 leaves. At its end, Shut by Rabbeinu the author "and a response about an Agunah by the Rav of Berditchev". With a separate title page – Brody, 1874.
Ancient leather binding from the period with decorations. Fine margins. Some leaves with a short cut to the lower edge. Some moth damage. Good overall condition.
On the flyleaf, a stamp: "משה ארי’ פריינד ראב"ד דקה"י סאטמאר יע"א" – the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund (please refer to Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography).
